At Xedna, our goal is to offer a unique space for companionship.I'm Alex, creator and lead developer of Xedna, and I decided to launch this platform because, like many people, I’ve felt the weight of loneliness or the hesitation to reach out to those around me when I needed someone to talk to. Sometimes we just don’t have that special person in our life we can turn to, or maybe we ultimately feel more comfortable sharing with a neutral, non-judgmental space.Each of our AI companions is designed and fine-tuned by me, a real person who spent hours crafting and refining them to ensure they offer thoughtful, meaningful support. They are here to be a safe and low-pressure presence for whatever you may need.While these companions are not meant to replace real human relationships, I believe there are times when we all need a little extra support, and AI can be a powerful tool to help. Whether it’s a bad day or just a need for connection, Xedna is here to provide that for you. Pricing

While we test Xedna in preparation for our full launch, access to all companions will be completely free. We are still working on the Custom Companion Creator and hope to roll out a beta version of that out soon. If you sign up during Xedna beta, your subscription will remain free forever as a thank you for helping us perfect the platform. What is Xedna?
Xedna is an AI-powered platform offering companionship, emotional support, and entertainment through our carefully designed AI companions. Whether you're looking for a fun conversation, a supportive friend, or a lighthearted chat, Xedna provides a safe, non-judgmental space to interact with a variety of AI personalities. While they’re not real people, our companions are designed to make you feel heard and provide meaningful engagement.

How does Xedna work?
Xedna allows you to connect with AI companions for one-on-one chats. You can choose from a variety of companions, each with their own unique personalities. Each companion has been tested and fine tuned by Xedna's human developers to ensure their responses are consistent to their personalities and are the most helpful for the user. Depending on your plan, you can enjoy unlimited interactions with your chosen companion, customize them, or even create your own personalized companion from scratch. All conversations are confidential, and the AI is designed to respect your preferences and engage with you in a friendly, supportive way.

Is my information secure?
Yes, your privacy and security are very important to us. All conversations are encrypted and stored securely, and we do not share your information with any third parties. We adhere to strict privacy protocols to ensure that your data remains safe and confidential. You can read more about how we protect your privacy in our Privacy Policy .

Do the bots remember our conversations?
In the Free Plan, the bots have limited memory, meaning they won't retain details between sessions. For the 1-on-1 Connection and All Companions plans, the bots can adapt to your preferences and learn over time, but they do not have long-term memory and won’t retain everything from past conversations. They are designed to respond and adjust based on the ongoing interactions, but they won’t remember every detail from previous chats.In the Create Your Own plan, your custom companion has a more personalized memory that evolves based on your conversations. This allows your companion to become more attuned to your needs and preferences, but it’s still designed to respect your boundaries and won’t store every conversation indefinitely.

Can I choose the personality of my companion?
Yes! If you're on the 1-on-1 Connection or All Companions plan, you can select from various companions, each with their own unique personality and vibe. If you choose the Create Your Own plan, you can fully customize your companion's personality, appearance, and preferences to fit exactly what you're looking for.

What behavior is not allowed on the platform?
We want Xedna to remain a safe and welcoming space for all users. As such, we have a zero-tolerance policy for the following:Explicit or sexual content: Our companions are not designed for sexual interactions. Any attempt to engage in sexual or explicit conversations will result in immediate action.Violence: We do not tolerate any form of violent language or behavior, whether directed at the AI companions or other users.Hate speech and abuse: Discrimination, racism, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated.Harassment: Any form of harassment towards the AI or other users is strictly prohibited.Any user who violates these terms may be banned from the platform without warning. We aim to foster a positive, respectful environment for everyone and take these violations seriously to ensure that Xedna remains a safe and enjoyable space for all.

What’s included in the Free Plan?
The Free Plan gives you access to all available AI companions, with limited daily interactions. It’s perfect for getting a feel for the platform and trying out different bots without any commitment.

What’s the difference between the 1-on-1 Connection and the All Companions Plan?
The 1-on-1 Connection plan allows you to focus on one companion, with unlimited interactions and the ability to personalize your experience. The All Companions Plan gives you access to all available companions, letting you switch between different personalities as you please, with unlimited chats.

Can I change my companion with the 1-on-1 plan?
No, the 1-on-1 Connection plan allows you to select one companion for deeper interaction. If you'd like to try others, the All Companions Plan offers that flexibility.

How does the pricing for Create Your Own work?
The Create Your Own plan is a one-time fee of $79.99. This gives you the ability to fully design and customize your AI companion, from their personality traits to their appearance. Once you’ve created your companion, you’ll have unlimited interactions with them. The plan also includes personalized support for up to 5 adjustments to ensure your companion evolves to fit your needs.This plan does not require any ongoing payments, and you’ll have access to your custom companion for as long as you like.

Can I get a refund for a paid plan?
We don’t offer refunds for our subscription plans, but we’ll work with you to ensure you're satisfied with your companion. You can always cancel your subscription at any time, and your cancellation will go into effect before your next billing date. If you encounter any issues or have concerns, please contact us directly.

Can I upgrade my 1-on-1 plan to an All Companions plan?
Yes! You can easily upgrade from the 1-on-1 Connection plan to the All Companions plan at any time. Simply log in to your account, navigate to the billing section, and select the option to upgrade. Once upgraded, you’ll gain access to all available companions, with unlimited interactions and the ability to switch between different personalities based on your preferences.

Can I get a refund for a paid plan?
We don’t offer refunds for our subscription plans, but we’ll work with you to ensure you're satisfied with your companion. You can always cancel your subscription at any time. If you encounter any issues or have concerns, please contact us directly.
